Which Is the Best, Quickest, and Easiest Pancake Recipe?

This fluffy pancakes recipe from allrecipes is my personal favorite. Instead of using buttermilk (which I never have in the house) for acid, it uses milk combined with vinegar. This results in really airy pancakes that greedily sponge up any syrup and melted butter that you put on them. Super low-effort, and it gets you 75% of the way to the kind of fluffiness you would get from whipping your egg whites separately and folding them in. 2. Which more nutritious --- Soy Milk, or Real Milk?

Nutritionally, it's about the same so the whole thing is about the taste. Soy milk comes from soybeans (oil, water and protein). I tried numerous recipes using soy milk and they all ended up in the garbage...same with tofu...eewww! Give me cheese instead! Well sue me as I am not a calf but I still enjoy cow's milk with coffee or chocolate... Edit: I love vegan diets but really "soy" or "tofu" anything and I am out. What is up with the lactose? You can get lactose free milk if you want.

4. Can you become lactose intolerant after cutting out milk for a while?

Lactose intolerance is caused by the body not producing the enzyme lactase, which breaks down lactose that is in milk, cheese, dairy products, etc. You either produce it, or you do not ...lactose intolerance does not develop over time. If you cut out dairy for a long period of time and then later restart incorporating it into your diet, it might make you feel sick because dairy tends to be thick and rich-your body is probably just not used to digesting it as much. You also could feel sick from ice cream because of the amount of sugar in it

5. Can anyone tell a face lotion to reduce fine lines and acne?

You can try either of the two: Garnier wrinkle lift cream , or Recova. They both work well. Also a home made remedy can be paste of gram flour, turmeric and sandalwood powder(optional) in milk . Apply this paste on ur face and leave it on till it dries then wash with water. this will give u a very refreshing feeling and can be tried 1-2 times a week. hope u benefit from this.

6. I am breastfeeding baby one month and im not producing enough at nite had to give formula last nite PLS help?

First, do not stress yourself out. You had to give her formula, it's ok! Increase your fluids intake, water and milk, natural fruit juices. Make sure you are eating healthy foods, nothing too salty. Then, breast feed as much as possible, this will stimulate your production. If she goes all night without waking up, pump some milk out. Just do not go for too many hours without getting milk out one way or another
