2. Protein powder(Milk or soy milk?)?

Do not listen to the dude on th top. Soy can only cause aromatization in excess amounts (Several times a day for a long period)! Aromatization is the process of converting testosterone into estrogen. If you like it with soy go ahead and mix it with soy. All mine are done with water. It does add excess fat tho. Soy also tends to make me bloat a bit when eaten. Its not a real high quality protein, and never recommended to my male personal training clients who supplement with a shake more than 2 times a day

4. What's a really tasty and simple recipe for a pasta and chicken recipe for a main dish?

This is the best alfredo recipe! It is quick and easy and tastes like you are eating at an Italian restaurant. Add some chopped cooked rotisserie chicken or heated grilled chicken on top of your pasta and sauce (you can buy pre-cooked grilled chicken in the freezer section). Creamy Alfredo Sauce 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup margarine 1/2 cup milk 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1 pinch ground nutmeg Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. In a medium saucepan, combine cream cheese, Parmesan, margarine, milk, garlic powder and basil and stir over low heat until smooth and creamy, 10 to 15 minutes. Toss sauce with pasta and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve. And here are my favorite sides with pasta dishes: Homemade garlic bread: 1 cube real butter 3-4 cloves garlic, minced Saute together about 5 minutes. Spread on fresh sliced french bread with a pastry brush. Heat under the broiler until light brown. Yummy!! Caesar Coleslaw 1 pkg pre-made coleslaw 1/4-1/2 cup shredded parmesean cheese 1/2 pkg caesar croutons 1 bottle creamy caesar dressing Toss first three ingredients together. Add enough dressing to coat. It's even good the next day! Hope you love this as much as we do!

If this is your first, and i assume that it is, you can see what is called colostrum (what comes out before breast milk) as early as 9 weeks. My suggestion is that you pump as much of this and freeze it (can last up to 6 months in the freezer) as you can, and feed it to your newborn as soon as he/she is born. Colostrum is the ONE thing mothers produce that baby rarely gets enough of, and it is common for first time mothers to be told to save this precious commodity. I would suggest the avent breast pumps, however, because of their simplicity, and their way of getting your breasts ready for baby... even just for practice.

You are probably not pumping effectively enough to stimulate the milk glands to produce milk. In addition, how is your diet? Are you getting enough fluids each day? You should be drinking a minimum of 6 to 8 glasses of water in addition to juice, milk and any other beverages you normally consume. You should also be still taking your prenatal vitamins and continue eating a full, well-balanced diet with at least 2000 calories a day. You also need to get your proper rest. I know it sounds easy, and with trying to keep up with the schedule and demands of a premie baby, in practice it seems next to impossible, but if you want your son to get the best nourishment from your milk, this is what you have to do. Go easy on yourself, however, and do not stress, as stress can decrease your milk supply. Normally when a baby nurses, the suction that is created can empty a breast completely in 10 minutes, and the more the baby nurses, the more milk is made and secreted. In addition to following the advice on rest and nutrition, continue to pump after each feeding as you have been, but to help stimulate the flow of milk, at least two to three times a day for the next little while, take a hot shower and have the hot water run on your breasts, after which, for about 10 to 15 minutes put warm compresses on your breasts, and in a relaxed atomosphere, hand express milk making sure that you are emptying all the ducts. Place your thumb and forefinger at different positions around the areola as you hand express. This is far more gentle and effective in emptying the breasts than a pump. In the meantime, until your milk supply is up, you can supplement your son with formula. Good luck to you and your babe.
