I would first put an opto-isolator between the output of your controller and the relay. You can probably find an opto-isolator / relay combination that will work with just one relay, or you might need two relays. Opto-22 makes output relay modules that might suit your need.

When you run the engine dry you could damage the carb and lines by drying them out. Your best bet is to add gas stabilizer to the fuel

get a tape measure and if the cylinder bore is 4 inches across then its a 350 if its a tad bit smaller than 4 inches then it will most likely be a 305

I've never used it, but I've heard nothing but good from Pennzoil. Personally I use Castrol Syntec, but Pennzoil Synthetic should be competitive opposed to the Syntec. It's alongside the best oil man, nothing more you can ask for.

I have owned 5 different vehicles (older cars) and have used only synthetic oil (all of the mentioned brands) and have never had an engine wear related problem, The one car I used conventional oil & the engine failed! - They definitely work

Yes it will work. The furnace will only use two speeds of the motor anyways. A 4 speed just has more speed option with little rpm difference between them.

It will allow the battery to charge when Generated Electricity is Greater than the electricity being used by the motor and it will allow the battery to act as a regulator keeping the power that is available to the motor fairly constant. A similar system is a car which has Battery, EngineStarter Motor, Alternator(generator) back to battery.

Do not store your boat over the winter without draining the block. Water is still in the heads and you are really taking the risk of cracking a head also. Best way to do this is unscrew the drain plugs on the engine and water lines, They are probably small plastic thumb screws on the side of the block and also in the lines. I have a 5.7 liter Mercrusier and I have 5 of them and I drain them when I winterize it. You can also take the lines off at the waterpump on the engine and pour anti freeze down them to stop freezing. Always drain the lower unit before you go out and refill it as it too can have water in it. All this will save you alot of heartache and money when it's time to get it ready for the spring and summer! Never store it over the winter with water in it! Next time you might not be so lucky!

IGBT of Fuji Motor Electronic Equipment Technology
The IGBT technology of Fuji motor and electronic equipment technology has been commercialized since 1988 and has been supplied in the market so far. Figure 1-3 shows the development process and application technology of IGBT products from the first generation to the fifth generation. Epitaxial wafers are used in the first to third generation IGBT, and the characteristics are improved by optimizing life cycle control and refinement technology of IGBT. Then, the fourth and fifth generation products have achieved significant characteristic improvement through the transition from epitaxial wafer to FZ (floating zone) wafer. In this regard, the design policy of IGBT has changed greatly compared with the past.Firstly, the basic design idea of IGBT using epitaxial wafer (series products up to 600V of the third to fourth generation, called "breakdown type") is as follows. In order to realize the low-pass state voltage during IGBT conduction, a large number of carriers are injected from the collector side to fill the IGBT with high concentration carriers.
