1% milk or skim is better. 2 cups is a lot of cereal. Cheeseburgers are full of calories. Cheese is fattening. Choose healthier snacks- even at half the fat, there are better choices to be made then ice cream.

If you want a truly nutritious breakfast I would try 2 scambled egg whites (there is a lot of cholesterol in yokes) 1 slice of whole grain or whole wheat toast 1 or 2 turkey bacon or turkey sausage 1/2 Cheereos with skim or 1% milk you might also want to throw in a fruit. Hope this helps

Yes it does, you have to use what it's called for it to work out right..=)

I tried both and it does taste a bit worse with water, and consistency sucks. if you use 1% milk i dont think it matters that much cause its low fat. But i went back to using water and making actual shakes instead of just powder and water. Try this Put 2 scoops of protein powder in a blender 8-10oz of water 1 banana and 3 ice cubes. Mix it for about a minute. It tastes a lot better and the consistency is bearable

You do not need to add ice if you use frozen fruit. Most grocery stores sell frozen blueberries, strawberries and peaches. They are usually less expensive than buying them fresh. Throw some frozen fruit in your blender, add a banana, plain yoghurt and 1% milk and hit the Go Fast button

A women needs 1200 calories minimum to stay healthy (even if she's on a diet) A man would need more. I would say you are falling a little short. Have some veggies and fruit for supper with a glass of skim or 1% milk and you should be good!.

The Hanlin Tea Room then switched from white to black tea pearls that are mixed with brown sugar and honey. However, the option for black or white pearls is still available in some places today. The tea room's founder, Liu Han-Chieh claims he first started serving Chinese tea cold after visiting Japan and witnessing the famous Japanese iced, cold brew, and Dutch brew coffee back in the 80s. This novel tea style resulted in some new locales opening as chains under the teahouse's umbrella. But the real inventor is credited as Lin Hsiu Hui, who was the product development manager at the teahouse. In 1988, while attending a supposedly boring meeting, she decided to dump her fen yuan, which are the sweet confectionary tapioca balls into her cold tea. The result was a hit and became a wildly popular drink at the teahouse and the rest of Taiwan.
